Yoga, Counselling, Wellness.

Start your journey at Port Moody's newest yoga, counselling, and wellness space
serving Port Moody, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam (Tricities), Burnaby, and surrounding areas.

We believe yoga is for everyBODY. All our yoga classes are suitable for all levels and all abilities.

This is not your step mothers therapist. Our counselling services are grounded in the eight limbs of yoga. No couch, no clipboard, just an opportunity to meet with an experienced therapist to move through life's struggles. We offer counselling for kids, teens, and adults, local to the Triciteis or online for those living further away.

Kids Yoga

Our Port Moody before and after school program is designed to give young people the best start to their day, improving mood, focus & concentration, and resiliency before entering the classroom, and creating a safe space for young people to release the anxiety and stressors of the day after school.

Yoga For Teens

Promoting self awareness, body autonomy, and mindfulness, our teen classes held in our Port Moody studio are a place where youth in grades 9 to 12 can bring their authentic selves to develop skills beyond the yoga postures.

The goal is to discover the root causes beneath your symptoms or issues, creating more lasting change and betterment for your life.
