Kids Yoga PD Day and Summer Camps

We will be holding our popular kids PD day camps again for ages 6 to 11! Registration for April 23 PD Day Camp and Summer Camps now open!

Kids Yoga

Our Port Moody before and after school program is designed to give young people the best start to their day, improving mood, focus & concentration, and resiliency before entering the classroom, and creating a safe space for young people to release the anxiety and stressors of the day after school.

Yoga For Teens

Teens 16+ are invited to join any of our regular adult classes. 
Teens 13+ are invited to classes where indicated. We also offer a limited number of teen specific classes. 


We believe yoga is for everyBODY. All our yoga classes are suitable for all levels and all abilities.


This is not your step mothers therapist. Our counselling services are grounded in the eight limbs of yoga. No couch, no clipboard, just an opportunity to meet with an experienced therapist to move through life's struggles. We offer counselling for kids, teens, and adults, local to the Triciteis or online for those living further away.

April 25: Yoga for Anxiety: Group Therapy

In this four week series we will explore how to apply the eight limbs of yoga to address anxiety including components of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. This group is led by a Mental Health Therapist and may be eligible for coverage under some extended health plans where RSW is covered.
This popular series will be returning to studio in April 25, 2021

April 21: Reflective Practice for Helping Professionals

Under the supervision of experienced Registered Social Worker Dawn Slykhuis, we will incorporate yoga and mindfulness practices into a group supervision model.

September 10 - 12, 2021: Inner Child Movement and Mindfulness Retreat for Adults

Join us at Hakuna Matata Retreat property on Lake Wahwashkesh in Ontario for three full days of Movement, Mindfulness and FUN! Early bird deadline to register is May 15, 2021.

April 23: Yoga for everyBODY workshop

This body positive/body neutral class is about celebrating what your body CAN do. In this special workshop you will learn how to use different props and modifications to create accessibility to practice yoga in your individual body. This specialty workshop is included with all studio memberships.

South Bath and Self Healing

Thursdays beginning April 8 we will be hosting Cassedi from Aaromflow Healing for South Bath and Self Healing. Included with studio memberships or purchase your spot for $40!

Kids Yoga Training

We have partnered with the GloWithin (@theglowithinyou)to offer a kids yoga teacher training in May 2021. You do not need to be a yoga instructor to join this training as it will be open to anyone wanting to learn how to bring yoga into the lives of youth, including parents, teachers, activity leaders, social workers, early childhood educators, and of course, yoga instructors.
