Kids Yoga

Our Port Moody before and after school program is designed to give young people the best start to their day, improving mood, focus & concentration, and resiliency before entering the classroom, and creating a safe space for young people to release the anxiety and stressors of the day after school.

Yoga For Teens

Teens 16+ are invited to join any of our regular adult classes. Beginning September 20, we have a special series to build resilience through the eight limbs of yoga for teens ages 12-17. 


This is not your step mothers therapist. Our counselling services are grounded in the eight limbs of yoga. No couch, no clipboard, just an opportunity to meet with an experienced therapist to move through life's struggles. We offer counselling for kids, teens, and adults, local to the Tricities or online for those living further away.

October 27: Empowering Embodiment: Tools to Empower Your Clients, an Online Workshop for Practitioners

Join lead Yoga Teacher Trainer Katie Connolly ( + Dawn Slykhuis, MSW, RSW, Yoga Instructor, for an interactive workshop on incorporating mindfulness + embodiment tools into your practice as a health care or social service professional. We draw on evidence based best practices suitable for empowering clients of all ages. Practitioners will be provided tangible tools to take away and incorporate into their work with vulnerable and complex individuals. This workshop may be eligible for five hours of continuing education credits.

Monthly: Yoga Nidra with Reiki Healing

Join us for a special night of healing combining yoga nidra and reiki. Spaces are extremely limited. This offering is included with all studio memberships.

November 7 - 28: Resilient Kids Workshop Series

Our popular Resilient Kids Workshop Series is back! With brand new workshops designed in partnership with leaders in supporting children's mental health, this four workshop series will assist your child in building tools for resilience.

October 22: Wild Rebirth, Cacao & Ceremony

Release. Activate. Heal. Cacao & Ceremony with Stefanie. Yin & Yang come together to make wholeness.

October 28: Deep Presence Yoga

Led by Shelly, a sweet morning practice that will set the tone for your day to come. Balancing yin and yang energies with movement and breathe all through the lens of mindfulness. All levels and abilities welcomed and celebrated.

October 28: By Donation Class for Moon Time Sisters BC

An introduction into understanding your cycle phases and how they influence your day to day life. In this class we will explore aspects of the cycle from a holistic lens - mentally, spiritually, physically & emotionally, providing you with the foundations to start your own in depth cycle tracking practice. 100% of proceeds from this class will support Moon Time Sisters BC, supporting menstruators living in remote communities in northern Canada.

November 4: South Bath & Self Healing

Join intuitive guide Cassedi Carlsen from AAromaflow Healing for a sound journey including breathwork, guided meditation, and embodiment exercises. Learn to practice presence, listen to your body, and move your own energy. Classes take place on September 2 and 16th! Investment: $40 or included with studio memberships.

November 10 - 24: Soften, Ignite, & Strengthen Your Practice - A Three Part Workshop Series

In these interactive workshops, you will be invited to explore opportunities to modify any yoga class to soften, ignite, or strengthen your practice, truly honouring your own body. These workshops are suitable for everyBODY, including those who have never practiced yoga. These workshops are Included in all studio passes, or purchase all 3 workshops for $88.

November 13: Ceremony to tend to the Heart: Journey with the Rose

Join Stephanie Rose as she works with her Guides and Spirit of Cacao and Rose Medicine to assist in bringing expansion and unconditional Love for self back into your Heart. This 3 hour offering will include a Rose and Cacao ceremony with Breathwork, song and healing touch. As well as a sound journey….. truly a Journey for all senses. Please dress comfortably, have a vessel to drink out of, yoga mat, blanket and something to place on the alter and take home with you.

October 10 - 31: Yoga Therapeutics: Injury, Chronic Pain & Stress with Adesola Yoga

A series of 4 therapeutic yoga classes that utilises a range of yoga techniques to facilitate healing from injury, chronic pain & stress. These specialised classes serve to empower each individual in their journey of improved health and overall wellbeing. Each week, classes will focus on a different region of the body and some of the health conditions that are associated with it. $40/class, $136/4 classes or some spots set aside to be included with

November 14: Yoga for Anxiety, Group Therapy & Toolkit

This group is led by a Mental Health Therapist and may be eligible for coverage under some extended health plans where counselling by an RSW is a benefit. This offering is for ages 18+
