Please note this schedule is subject to change without notice. 

Outdoor classes may be cancelled due to inclement weather. 

(V) indicates both in person and live virtual options available however the link will take you to the in studio option.  

Pre-registration is required for all classes, a minimum of 2 hours in advance for virtual classes. We are unable to accommodate drop ins at this time due to provincial guidelines on yoga studios. 

Please cancel with 12 hours notice whenever possible however we do not charge a cancellation fee.

All classes are suitable for every level and every body. If you have any specific limitations, please let us know ahead of time so we can ensure you are included.

*30 minute classes are subject to special pricing.

Class Descriptions:

All Limbs & Aspects of Yoga-In this class we will explore breath, posture, mantra and all aspects and benefits of yoga. Everyone is welcome, this class is beginner friendly!

Best Day Yoga – A vinyasa inspired class with intention setting to set us up for our best day.

Chakra Yoga & Meditation – Using movement and meditation to connect and move through each of the seven chakras in our bodies.

Champagne Mondays – A gentle strengthening and stretching class incorporating movement from pilates and yoga with an upbeat playlist. Champagne Mondays are traditionally seen as an opportunity to ignore work and other responsibilities to celebrate with friends. No champagne will be served at the studio but what you do after class is up to you!

Confidence Summit:In this class we will work with the different limbs of yoga, as we explore and push past self-limiting beliefs of our bodies. We begin by using breathwork and meditation to establish that mind/body connection, as we prepare to flow through a series on vinyasa movements that will build our strength towards a confidence peak pose. A judgement free space where you’re encouraged to elevate your practice, laugh when you fall, and feel supported by community. 

Connected Movement– Shift stagnat energy in the body with dynamic movement, breathwork and connect to our inner self. 

Cultivating Compassion-A class based on kindness to our bodies, using yogic tools to co-create with the universe and manifest your dreams. Pairing deep breathing and deep stretching of the body in yoga poses allows us clear blockages and open our hearts to the possibilities.

Flow Into Deep Stretch & Relaxation Class- Wind down from your day with a soothing, all-levels vinyasa sequence that flows into a deep stretch and relaxation in the second half of class. The vinyasa flow aims to create strength and an initial opening up of the body, clearing it of any tension built up during the day. Students will then move fluidly into a more meditative and relaxing state towards the end of class with some deep stretches, that give more time for quiet self-awareness

Family Connect – An all ages, playful class to build connection within your family. 

Freedom Friday Movement – Slow hatha/vinyasa blend class ending with a deep stretch release and meditation. Last class September 16!

Karma Donation – This class allows newer instructors an opportunity to build confidence in teaching, while creating an accessible and inclusive option for community members. All proceeds from this class will go towards our Young Ravens Scholarship fund. 

Magic Flow- A 60 minute vinyasa flow that empowers us and makes us remember we are the spell. We are building inner strength while honouring our body. We will be playful.

Meditation with Movement – This class will share some of the ancient practices of mantra and meditation, including some mythological story telling.

Open Studio-This is a time for you to come and move through your own practice, meditate, or just absorb the energy in the space. Open studio is available for any studio members, and does not count as a class off your pass, however pre-registration is required. Non members are welcome to attend for $10 + GST ($10.50) per session.

Parent/Infant Connect – Using breathwork and gentle movement we will move with baby to honour the sacred connection between a parent or caregiver and their infant.This class is intended for babies who aren’t yet walking. 

Parent/Toddler Connect-Join us in using lots of movement and breathwork to honour your connection with your toddler. This class is designed for toddlers ages one and up. 

Radical Self Love Yoga – This class will utilize heart opening poses and yoga therapy interventions to cultivate self compassion and healing. Last class September 15!

Saturday Sun Salutations-Because Sundays are for being lazy, join us on Saturdays for 1 hour of Surya Namaskar (sun salutations). Learn different sequences: A, B and Traditional. We will start slow in each asana and work up to a flow.

Slow FlowA gentler version of our vinyasa class, pairing our breath with our bodies, flowing through movement. Last class September 15!

Soaring Heights Yoga – An all levels inversion inspired class that will help to strengthen the body and improve mobility. This class is for ages 13+ 

Sound Bath and Energy Healing – Join intuitive guide Cassedi Carlsen for sound journey including breathwork, guided meditation, and embodiment exercises. Learn to practice presence, listen to your body, and move your own energy. 3 spots for this special offering each week are reserved for studio members.  *Not included in two week trial memberships*

Stretch With Intention: A hatha/yin class designed to improve flexibility and injury prevention/recovery. Join us for our last class on August 26!

 

Weekend Wind Down Move and Connect – Building community through movement (yes, you can talk during the class if you choose) 

Womb Connection & Pelvic Healing– This class is for all womxn, with or without wombs, to connect to the sacred feminine energy within, as well as incorporating some specific poses for pelvic health.

Yin – Improving your mobility and range of motion, yin yoga is a deep stretch helping to clear energy blockages within our bodies.

Yoga for Anxiety – In this special class we will explore how to apply the eight limbs of yoga to address anxiety including components of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. This group is led by a Mental Health Therapist and is included in regular studio memberships. *Manual is available for purchase for $5*

Yoga Nidra – Join us on a trip to the cosmos and back. Also known as psychic sleep, we will guide you to a place between sleep and consciousness to a place where healing from trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, and insomnia can occur. You’ll want to wear comfy warm clothes and pack as if you’re coming to a sleepover (bringing extra blankets and pillows) as studio props are limited at this time. 

420 Restore – This 40 minute restorative class is an opportunity to bathe in your parasympathetic nervous system. Releasing what no longer serves you and creating space for your body to return to balance.
