In this immersive workshop, designed specifically for yoga instructors, therapists, and others providing client centered care, we will explore the profound practice of “holding space” — creating a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where deep, transformative change can occur. This skill is essential for guiding others through their healing journeys, whether in a yoga class, a one-on-one counselling or healing session, or any other healing practice.

This workshop is ideal for yoga instructors, therapists, healers, and anyone in a supportive or guiding role within the wellness community who is committed to fostering authentic, transformative change in their clients and students.
