Family Yoga – An all ages, playful class to build connection within your family.

Gentle Pilates Fusion – A gentle strengthening and stretching class incorporating movement from pilates and yoga.

Hatha & Kriya – A more spiritual practice combining pranayama (breath) with gentle movement on the path to greater self realization.

“My doctor told me to try yoga so here I am” – A gentle hatha style class with a focus on injury prevention and mindfulness.

Yoga Nidra
– Join us on a trip to the cosmos and back. Also known as psychic sleep, we will guide you to a place between sleep and consciousness to a place where healing from trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, and insomnia can occur. You’ll want to wear comfy warm clothes and pack as if you’re coming to a sleepover (bringing extra blankets and pillows) as studio props are limited at this time.

Pilates Fusion – A gentle strengthening and stretching class incorporating movement from pilates and yoga.

Pre & Postnatal – Welcoming any womxn who has been cleared by their medical professional to practice yoga, even if it has been years since delivery, to support one another emotionally, mentally and spiritually through the physical practice of yoga.

Pranayama with Hatha – Combining pranayama (breath) with gentle movement.

Radical Self Love Yoga – This class will utilize heart opening poses and yoga therapy interventions to cultivate self compassion and healing.

Restorative – Also known as adult nap time, we invite you to slow down and open up through passive stretching. This class directly taps into our parasympathetic nervous system’s “rest and digest” response and all the benefits that come along with it.

Slow Flow – a gentler version of our vinyasa class, pairing our breath with our bodies, flowing through movement.

Soaring Heights Yoga – An all levels inversion inspired class that will help to strengthen the body and improve mobility. This class is for ages 13+

Stretch With Intention – A hatha/yin class designed to improve flexibility and injury prevention/recovery.

Vinyasa – Pairing breath with movement, we flow through asana (poses) to energize and build strength.

Wiser Yoga – Wiser Yoga is a traditional Hatha Flow class but created for those of us with perhaps a more limited flexibility and a few other physical issues (no backbends or arm balances here!)  This class is geared towards those 45+ but as always, all are welcome. Head to www.wiseryoga.ca for information about the instructor Chris.

Yin – Improving your mobility and range of motion, yin yoga is a deep stretch helping to clear energy blockages within our bodies.

Yin/Yang – Blending a more activating practice of yoga movement with the slower yin practice.
