Rest Reset Retreat:
An Evening for Better Sleep
Three practitioners. Five hours. One evening designed to shift your nervous system.
You’ve tried the sleep hygiene tips. You’ve cut the caffeine, dimmed the screens, bought the weighted blanket. And you’re still lying awake at 2 am, frustrated and exhausted.
That’s because sleep hygiene works for people who don’t have sleep problems.
If your issue is chronic, if you dread bedtime, if your mind won’t stop, if your body has forgotten how to wind down, you may need something different.
Not more rules. A different approach entirely.
This evening brings together three practitioners to address sleep from multiple angles: movement, sound, touch, sleep science, and deep rest. It’s what would normally require three separate appointments, designed as one evening that brings it all together.
The evening:
→ Gentle, sleep-supportive movement to settle your nervous system
→ Sound healing and acupressure for deep release
→ A nourishing meal and time to connect with others who get it
→ Real talk by a sleep expert on what actually works for insomnia (not what you’ve been told)
→ Yoga nidra to close the evening in a state of rest
Your guides:
Tony Ho (Quadra Wellness | MSW, RSW) specializes in sleep therapy and has helped hundreds of people untangle from insomnia using approaches that go beyond rigid sleep rules.
Dawn Slykhuis (RVN Wellness | MSW, RSW, RYT) brings gentle movement and yoga nidra practices that regulate the nervous system and prepare the body for rest.
Anika Wildeis (Ocean & Moon – Shiatsu Massage & Acu-Sound Therapy | R.S.T.) offers shiatsu, acupressure, and sound healing to release the tension you’ve been carrying.
